About Me

Alison Wilkey is an attorney, policy reform professional, and writer. She combines more than two decades of experience as an attorney and system reform expert with her dual passions for mindfulness and efficiency to create pragmatic solutions toward a more humane and generative world. She has held several public policy and strategy director positions at non-profit organizations, developing expertise in criminal justice, juvenile justice, racial justice, low-income housing, higher education, non-profit governance and fundraising, and law reform. She also works as a consultant, providing in-depth guidance to entities seeking to change systems by expanding access to opportunity. Alison graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was a Charles Evans Hughes Human Rights Scholar, Executive Editor of the Science and Technology Law Review, and awarded the Jerome Michael Jury Cup. She has served on the Board of Directors of the New York County Lawyers Association. In 2014, Alison was selected by the New York Law Journal as one of the rising stars of the legal profession.
